Mango Smoothie

This is my favorite breakfast option when I don't have much time and want to feel full and happy anyway :) All you need is...

  • one small, or half of one big mango (I usually put the other half in a plastic box as a snack after lunch)
  • 250 ml soy/almond/oat/whatever milk
  • some ground vanilla 
  • some ice cubes  
Blend all ingredients, enjoy.  [I especially like this smoothie because I can "eat" it with a straw having my hands free to leaf through my morning newspaper ;) ]
