Vegetable Stir-Fry

1 onion
fresh ginger root
small hokkaido pumpkin
6 carrots
1 leek stem
250 grams brown button mushrooms 
sesame oil
sesame seeds
soba noodles (mine where not only made from buckwheat but also with sweet potato)


Put sesame oil into a deep frying pan, chop onions and ginger, put into heated oil. Then add vegetables. Add some water and curry saté. Mix with cooked noodles and top with roasted sesame seeds.

  1. I was a vegetarian and I think this recipe was the best for me. But the problem is my sister likes a chicken and she ask me to cook it. Do you also have a stir fried chicken recipe that I can cook for here? Thanks in advanced.
